Quick motion clamp system(QMC)PAT.P.

・Feature 1
　 QMC can clamp the following 3 types of punch heads.

*Please be careful when using punches without groove 
  since the punches will be fallen down.



・Feature 2
  Clamp structure with no need adjustment.
  Maintenace free structure. No need to adjust the left and right 
  height.
 
 *Setting more than 3 sectional punches with one 
   intermediate, the center punch maybe loosened.
 

・Feature 3
  Handle can be taken out and does not disturb bending.
  You can see the clamp is ON or OFF.





・Feature 4
  Taking out handle,you can fix punches with allen wrench.
  The handle is provided with ball plunger so that it is not come off 
   by vibration.

・Feature 5
  Insert and take out punch from lower side.
  Insert punch with handle OFF. Take punch out with one rotation 
  handle.

*Please use below 100mm high punches for safety in 
  case you insert and take out punches from lower side.







・Feature 6
  The back plate can be taken out so you can have wider return 
   bending.
   We supply Quick motion clamp without back plate also.
