CAL

CAL is extremely user-friendly bending software for press brake operators to make the small batch production of bending more effective at the site of the press brake machines. CAL realizes the improvement of bending process.

It is very easy to draw bending profiles and input dimensions and angles.

You can draw bending profiles unlimitedly and for each bending profile. CAL selects proper tools for its bend sequence. You can change tools and bend sequence as you wish even after auto tools selection and bend sequence are made.

You can freely select registered punches and dies.
After auto tools selection and bend seqence, you can change the registered punches and dies.

It is very smooth to input the necessary values into NC controller by the program list of CAL.
CAL displays the list of bending angles, back gauge length, punches and dies so that you can smoothly input the necessary bending date into NC controller.

Bend allowance is automatically calculated.(PAT.P)

Measuring four(4)points of a bending　sample by caliper, CAL calculates the bend allowance, which is really brand new function.
